Terms and Condition
- This lucky draw is open to all Singapore residents aged 18 years and above, except staff and immediate family members of Tipex Pte. Ltd, their advertising agencies, and other promotion partners.
- Purchases of the Beautex products have to be made before 20th February 2023 to qualify for the lucky draw.
- Multiple entries may be submitted but each entry must be accompanied by a new and official receipt with the purchase of “Any Two” Beautex products. Entries with duplicated receipts will be disqualified.
- Any receipts which are incomplete, inaccurate, photocopied, and/or illegible entries will be disqualified.
- When fill out the form, you:
- Confirm that all provided information is true, accurate, and complete.
- Consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of any personal data for the purposes of managing, conducting, and administering the promotion and/or lucky draw.
- All entry forms received before 20th February 2023 will be accumulated to the Grand Draw held on 24th February 2023 at 10 am at the Tipex office.
- All winners will be notified by post to the address stated. All decisions made by the judges will be final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- If winners cannot be contacted or do not attempt to contact within seven (7) working days, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and an alternative winner will be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
- All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
- All winners must claim the prize within the stipulated date at the place stated in the letter of notification. For verification, winners will be required to present:
- Identification reflecting their name as registered.
- Each winner of the Grand Prize will receive TEFAL Daily Rice Cooker Fuzzy Logic 1.5L RK7401 (brand might be changed, but same category).
- All prizes are accurate at the point of printing. Subjected to unforeseen Government regulations, Tipex Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes with similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
- All prizes not claimed for 30 days after the notified date to the winners shall be forfeited without any compensation.
- By taking part in this draw, you understand and accept without condition that Tipex may elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external purposes in a manner it deems fits, whilst according to your privacy and confidentiality with the highest priority.
- Tipex reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this contest without prior notice.
How to participate
- Just buy “Any Two” of Beautex products.
- Take a photo of the original receipt.
- Scan the promotion QR code on the products (or) promotion wobblers near the product shelves (or) go to Beautex website www.beautex.com.sg to fill up the form.
- Fill out the form and upload it with the original receipt attached.
